I have been a licensed insurance salesman in Florida and Georgia. After retiring for a number of years a decided to start selling insurance again. I signed up for this course without checking the reviews. Big mistake. This is the weirdest course I have ever taken. The course exams are not supported by the information in the courses. I just threw away $145.00. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. This course is totally useless and I will report them to the the Georgia Insurance Commission asap. I'm very dissatisfied with the course I purchased. It is full of typos and grammatical errors that had me very frustrated as I tried to decipher what they could possibly mean. Test questions are not worded in a consistent manner. The videos look as if they are from the 80s... They are charging a ton, they need to update and review what they are selling. How can you sell this product with typos that have been there since it was created decades ago???

I do not recommend using this company for pre-licensing coursework for insurance (P&C and LAH). The material provided no examples, no test tips; it felt like I was reading a dictionary. Additionally, I found discrepancies between the PDFs and the online exams. I found myself having to google test info like cost of insurance exams bc the material has not been updated. Had to sit through four 8 hour webinars where the instructors literally read the PowerPoint slides for at least 95% of the time. It was so painful. On a positiv... read more

I am currently trying to get through a course and definitely regret buying through them. It's dry, boring, and the course set up is difficult to navigate. The course is also full of spelling and grammatical errors, which makes it difficult to take seriously. Feels very tossed together. They have an unfair non-refundable policy to online courses. Terrible courses! Don't waste your time or money here. Courses are poorly designed, hard to navigate and difficult to keep track of your progress. Also, pages take excessively long to load. I requested a refund and to cancel my courses but was denied because I had already completed a small portion of the course. Total waste of time and money.

Customer support is rude and bad. Before I took the guarantee exam (one time only, not time to review), I called the customer support to ask how long the exam would be, they don't know and told me to check, but they did not provide the answer. I took time to take the exam, and was kicked out before finish it. I called customer support, and was told that she wouldn't go to the bathroom and coffee. I used the material for the MO exam, and had no trouble with it. You do actually have to study, and the info is very basic, but it is there if you are paying attention. Plus, it comes with the official breakdown with what percent of questions will be on what topics, so you really do get out of it what you put in.
