I’m an Australian flight attendant and I fell ill during my layover in San Fransisco. Immediately walking through the doors I felt welcome and comfortable. There were absolutely no lengthy wait times, everything was timed perfectly. I also want to thank the staff that looked after me. I was surrounded by positive, friendly attitude till the end with so much attentiveness and care. Thank you team for making my day stay so comfortable. I am so very grateful.
Nobody wants to stay in a hospital. CPMC Van Ness ER care team, the Gastro/Cardio care teams and everybody else who took care of me deserve 5 stars. They are all very professional, respectful, and caring. Can't remember all the names of the care staff but they sure made my stay at CPMC as pleasant as can be.
From start to finish, we had an extremely great experience with CPMC Van Ness Campus. Everyone working - front desk, cafeteria workers, custodians, security officers, cleaning staff, and all the health staff/nurses/doctors - were always kind and provided great customer service.
