My husband and I rented a unit of a multiplex through what was CPM at the time. We were initially excited about the beauty of the house and the wood trim. But that didn't last. I lived in a four-plex with a good friend of mine and we had the worst experience with CPM Companies because of so many reasons that people have already mentioned in their reviews. Our property manager, Dave Dosse I believe, could not have been more unorganized and full of lies. If I could give 0 stars I would. Have you ever thought about a situation a while later and wished you had done more. That is how I am feeling today. I Interviewed with CPM Companies over a year ago and I was so unbelievably disgusted with how I was treated. I felt pre-judged and written off from the time I walked in the door. The "type" of questions asked during the interview were not ones you would ask if were genuinely wondering if a candidate was a good fit for a position or not. The air smelled of implicit bias. For the sake of your sanity, just avoid them! They even tried to improve their image by changing their name from CPM to North Bay.
