Hello - I decided to write this review after Consolidated Plumbing *** insisted on charging me $525 to drain my 40 gallon water heater. This work was done on February 10, 2023. The only thing they did was connect the hose to the water heater and watched the water drain our of the heater. I have never had to pay this outrages amount for this type of service previously and tried to make them understand that. However they ignore my concern and went ahead with charging me $525.
