Very good customer service. 1st fix didn't work, but they came out the next day at their own expense and were able to get my hot water going again. Thank you for such great service. I highly recommend this company.
Antonio and Jesus were very polite and professional during our service call. They put on shoe covers while in the house which we appreciated very much. I was also nice to see them in company uniforms which instilled confidence in your company. Thank you very much.

Another outstanding experience CPI. Antonio did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, efficient and communicative. He was pleasant and respectful of our house. One of the things I love about Cpi is that they respond quickly to things that are not even emergent, and they send professional professionals who know what to do and how to fix it the first time out.
