Very bad experience. The staff is so mean and non helpful. They lie a lot and dont respect their client. They charge money for services which are free in all cpap providers. I dont recommende this place for anyone.
I've been a customer of CPAP Solutions for years and have never had any issues. The staff are great, easy to work with, and always return my calls. Excellent service every time. Highly recommended!
My experience here was great. My doctor sent me here. I filled out the paperwork. Very straightforward. I went into the office with the young lady there. She explained everything to me about my new cpap machine step by step. I got my new machine and I was on my way. No problems at all. Fast, friendly customer service. My only complaint is that I got the wrong mask but I will fix that soon. This mask is uncomfortable but no way of knowing that until you try it out for a few nights.
