My experience here was great. My doctor sent me here. I filled out the paperwork. Very straightforward. I went into the office with the young lady there. She explained everything to me about my new cpap machine step by step. I got my new machine and I was on my way. No problems at all. Fast, friendly customer service. My only complaint is that I got the wrong mask but I will fix that soon. This mask is uncomfortable but no way of knowing that until you try it out for a few nights. Good luck getting a hold of anyone who works here. I've sent several emails, called several times and left several messages, just to request a simple document for my insurance provider. They don't answer, reply or call back.
