I had a truly wonderful service experience recently. Stephanie, provided exceptional assistance throughout. They thoughtfully explained the details of the machine and its operation. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and expertise.

Had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mona Lo, who was courteous, professional and very knowledgable about all of the store's available products. She helpfully guided me through the ins and outs of my new ResMed 11 machine and made all the required processes quick and easy, including the application for government funding. I’m truly grateful for the support I received from my CPAP technician Mona. She is such a lovely and kind person, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and cared for. When the mask we chose didn’t turn out to be the right fit after a week, she listened to my concerns with so much patience and understanding.
