The clinician, Anna, was super helpful. She was thorough in her instructions, and had a great sense of humour. As scary as it was for me, she made it all feel very natural. She even made time for me when she really didn’t have any, but she knew how important it was for me and she helped, and I’m so grateful. I am seeing great results and I’m really encouraged.

Called Cpap direct and scored a last minute appointment with Mitze she was very helpful, professional and understanding in my reason for a quick appointment. I went in and met with Mona who was also very helpful, where she did my fitting and completely explained everything I needed to know and more...this location is very clean and conveniently located in Agincout Mall but the entrance is direct from the parking lot Thanks to all at Cpap direct!

Vivian Xu has exceeded my Mom's expectations. From her first visit, Vivian made her feel so comfortable, listened attentively to her concerns and answered all her questions. Vivian is very knowledgeable about all the CPAP machines and services provided by the clinic. We have been dealing with MRC, Scarborough for over 7 years. Florence is one of the best consultants. She takes time to explain, advise, point out pros/cons, especially clarify and answer our queries. She is cheerful, respectful and efficient with quick service.
