Our son has been a patient at the Lockwood Drive office for all 15 of his years. We have been extremely fortunate to have had wonderful physicians, Dr. Beard, Dr. Scarlett-Shults and currently, Dr. Evonne Bing. Their knowledge and care is top notch. They take time with you & truly listen to your concerns, speaking directly to the child when appropriate. Most importantly, our son feels comfortable there. We will continue to have our son treated there until he ages out.
Front desk - poor service. We love our doctor though.
Doctor nurses so good I really wanna learn from them. Know how they do. They know how to do it. I give them a five star. I went there and they did they.
We've gone to this practice for 14+ years and have always received exceptional service.
Where to start? They are down with one nurse practitioner and getting appointment is a nightmare. The front desk team will do everything in their power not to get you in. I don’t think I have ever been in a place where patients are unwanted and seen as a cause for problem vs the one paying for a service. What makes our children feel well is the care and love a doctor and other employee show them. Letting them feel not welcomed and hearing the intense conversation and push back is traumatic.
