I am extremely pleased with the care my child has received from Children's National. Dr. Tucker-Powell has been my child's pediatrician since birth, and I truly could not ask for a better doctor. She is attentive, personable, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to understand and support each stage of my child's growth and development. Update as of 6/1/26: Dr. Brown is wonderful, and I have always been happy with the care she provides. However, my experience today was frustrating. My daughter’s 11:15 appointment was delayed, and several patients who arrived after us were called before we were. While I understand that offices can run behind, communication about the delay would have been appreciated. When I asked for an update, the response from Rochelle stating ‘there are 3 providers’ with no explanation felt dismissive rather than reassuring. A simple expl... read more
We absolutely love Children’s National Pediatricians & Associates! Everyone is so lovely from the receptionists, nurses, and NP/MDs. We have worked with NP Tanya since our daughter was born - she is amazing! We are so grateful to have found such wonderful care for our daughter!
Did not like the appointment my daughter had with the provider Jill. She was very dismissive and my concerns were not addressed. I work in healthcare myself and this facility can definitely work on their patient care. I honestly believe it’s just Jill and her MA. The last time I was there I had no issues with the other provider.
