Chad who is the owner of CP Concrete & Sons LLP is a phenomenal person. Hard working, honest, and always goes an extra mile to make his customers happy. Our concrete steps were in pretty bad shape and many other contractors were not ready to repair them and were recommending replacing them which we couldn’t afford. Chad stepped in and not only repaired them perfectly but also did some touch ups to make surrounding areas prettier for overall good looks. Highly recommend Chad for any concrete work you planning on doing.
He seemed like a nice enough, hard-working guy at first, but What should have been a simple concrete job after he rather aggressively showed up at my door very quickly after I called, has dragged into an annoying, multi-week process that’s still unfinished. He overcharged me by $300, which I’ve been trying to get back for over a week. Despite repeated promises, excuses, and threats of legal action, he hasn’t refunded the money or finished the work.
