My experience with this doctor and this facility was at first great and then turned poor. Initially I saw someone prior to Cozzens. I was dealing with severe PTSD, trauma and anxiety and depression. The provider I was seeing left abruptly and I was told Cozzens would be seeing me. The appt was made I walked in and he absolutely looked at me and looked at what I was taking and said “well I won’t be giving you that so that’s not happening” and stared at me with what I can only describe as a blank expression. They texted my gf saying they can no longer see her, after 10 yrs of seeing her cause they don't take her insurance. Shes been self pay for 10 yrs. Nothing has changed. Just this office randomly texts saying this shit. Then refuses to send a referral.
