Had an amazing experience with Steven and the Cozza team! I live out of state and needed help to quickly buy a good home for my parents that balanced good investment and no work needed! I can say with authority that Steve Cozza and his Team did a tremendous job of selling our Petaluma home. He was good with not only the big things, but also the many little things involved in home sales. And when the little things are not carefully performed, they become big things.
