We booked a cooking class for March 13 as part of an anniversary weekend. The initial class was canceled and we were rebooked in another group class for the same date. I received an email saying we were rebooked and the chef was confirmed and that we would receive details a few days before. Yesterday I reached out for details and was told they "dropped the ball" and we had not been rebooked. It was a fabulous experience. We had such a great time. He taught us a step by step with scientific reason. We'd love to take another class soon.
Chef David made our class so interesting and fun, it was like having a friend over to cook with us. The food was delicious and we all learned some new skills. We plan to do another class soon.
