Chef Jackie was a great chef and was great at teaching us to make the recipes she had prepared for us. I would definitely take another cooking class with chef Jackie.
Pasta class with Chef Luana in LA was best-in-class. We learned, laughed, and enjoyed sensational cuisine. Luana made us feel at home and ensured the experience was exceptional from start-to-finish. Highly recommend.
This was only my second professional cooking class and I learned several helpful cooking tips from Chef Jackie in addition to cooking a yummy Mediterranean dinner together. She creates a fun, casual environment and has an upbeat personality in addition to her many years of cooking experience.
