Great Music and Better Food Being Italian and traveling to SC from Princeton for a week, I was looking for a simple, homemade, non-chain restaurant. Cozy O's had a warm environment with excellent food, fast and friendly service AND I just so happened to go in on their Jazz night. I read a review about Cozy O's using frozen eggplant but I know for a fact they they do not...who can? It is such a water filled vegetable, there's no good way to freeze it.
