Got a pedicure from I believe her name was Balby? She is spanish -and was new. For someone who was new she did AN AMAZING job ! I am 7 months pregnant and She made sure I was comfortable and was very welcoming! I’m the past my experiences were not too great paid $60 before for my spa pedicures and felt rushed by some there but she was exceptional.

Picked this place for my sisters wedding for my family and it was awful... Paint chipped same day...lost 3 nails before the wedding 1 the same day we got them done..(1st time ever breaking a nail) my nieces nails were all different shapes and lengths my moms nails were all different shapes and different colors on each hand? Disappointed is an understatement. I've been coming here for over 2 years. The last 2 times I booked appointments in advance if 3 weeks. The first time I was told 30 minutes prior that my appointment could not happen because the person had moved out of the country? You didn't know this 30 minutes ago? Today I show up with my appointment card in my hand for 2 appointments and told I dont have an appointment. Oh wait then they can take care of one of us...and then oops no cant do either of us. Not the first time I've been here, but since Lisa is no longer working and Lily was out sick(recommended by a friend) i didnt know who to request. Needless to say the kid that i got was horrible and he rushed, and didnt even bother to ask me what kind of pedicure i wanted. I didnt even bother to get my toenails painted i was so over the experience, (the first time i got a pedi here it was at least an hour long, today 20 mins.) So who is the best pedi tech at this place. Because i have 2 gift cards that i dont want to waste

The nail tech that did my nails was really nice and did a good job. However, I got shellac, it cost me $30 plus tip, and I already have two chipped nails. I have been wearing gloves to try and protect them but that didn’t work. The place was really dirty too. The floors had nails, dust, and were generally dirty. The baseboards had years of dust and everything looked dirty. If I hadn’t seen the nail techs sanitizing their stuff, I would of walked out. That place needs a deep cleaning!!!
