I went on my birthday which was may 8, and the technician was rushing everything. He charges me for ombre set when I had already ask him for the other set. Which was 55$. And had a pedicure that was also 55$. One nail design for 5 bucks. Lengh of my nail was 15.. tryed to charge me 189. And then when I told them I had a 20 percent discount it came out to 144. when the normal price is 140. . She tryd to rip me off. And they always talk in their language when paying. I was extremely excited to get my nails done since I haven't been in so long. My sister's wedding is in a few days and I'll be leaving the country which is why I am heartbroken at the results. I asked for a short to medium length almond shaped nails with a French tip in the colors of my dress. I don't know if the woman was rushing or new but they're horrible! Excellent customer service. I called and asked if they had time to do the few services I asked about and they said yes. I had little to no wait time. The gentleman at the front assisted me with finding a color and I just had an all around great experience as a first time visitor. They manage their time well and balance their walk ins very well. Very clean quiet environment. I look forward to returning and will be recommending them. Thank you.
