Such a wonderful experience! I’m still a noob to getting manis but they didn’t make me feel that way, and they treated me just like the regulars. Loved the fact I could book my appointment online (aka no phone call needed). Also very LGBTQ friendly; I talked about my wife—I’m a woman—and it was totally a non issue (def have felt uncomfortable about it at other Madison salons).
We had such a great experience at Cozy Nails! Trish was amazing — she went above and beyond coordinating a mani-pedi day for our large group and made everything run so smoothly. Everyone felt well taken care of, and the whole staff was friendly and accommodating. They also do really beautiful, detailed nail art and designs — definitely some of the best we’ve seen. Highly recommend Cozy Nails, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing group experience or want to treat yourself to fancy nails!
Had a great experience at cozy nails today, and would highly recommend them! I had a gel mani, and pedicure. All the workers were just so fantastic. Dulcie is soooo sweet and talented! She did such an incredible job with my gel mani, and the nail art turned out perfect! Thank you so much Dulcie for your time and patience and making my nails look better than my inspo pic! Honestly probably the worst regular manicure I’ve ever gotten. I certainly can understand if not all polish brands are top tier (and maybe I selected a bad one.. I didn’t recognize the brand), but why stock polish you can’t execute good manicures with? It’s wildly uneven and barely lasted a few days before chipping badly. My experience in the salon itself was great though - felt clean and welcoming. Probably fine for other services such as gel, but that’s just not my thing.
