Cozy Homes canceled my booking at the very last minute after confirming the stay and even asking me to verify a new address. They clearly received another offer and decided to drop my reservation without any consideration. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Hosts who act like this should be ashamed of how they treat their guests.

I live next door to one of their properties that no one seems to stay in long because of weed problems and other pest and I know they don’t take care of this property or return calls after complaints

Been living in one of there homes for the last pass year Mrs. Barbra works with you instants that life happens all she wants is fit you to communicate with her but has truly been a blessing to me and my daughter . WE LOVE OUR HOME THANK YOU MRS. BARBRA

Must say that this company has been great for me and my family. I’ve been with them since the very beginning and things have been well. Repairs are made, calls are returned,they handle all my concerns and issues very pragmatically. Advice for future and present tenants… Just communicate with them

I can never get anyone in the phone when trying to inquire about home. In addition I’ve left several messages and no one has attempted to call me back.
