I live next door to one of their properties that no one seems to stay in long because of weed problems and other pest and I know they don’t take care of this property or return calls after complaints

Terrible communication. Constant lying. Be AWARE of this company. Will take your money and lead you on with no intent to run your info. Does not listen . Asks the same simple questions over and over. Cancels meetings last second. No responses. If you do business with COZY HOMES, you are opening your self up for robbery.

Horrible Customer Service! I called about a home in Hampton, the lady referred me to downtown Newport News. I called back regarding another home that was posted, she told me go view the home and call her back. I did just that and she stop picking up the telephone. No help with anything I was asking.
