Fair, she is not always responsible for what she does. She told me to see another dentist after twice failure to replace the sitting of a crown.She blamed on the crown laboratory, and told me there was no third free replacement. Finally she gave me a temporary crown and it is still sitting there after 3 years. She did not give me the refund and no doctors want to do anything on the crown, because they don't how much damage is under it. I am waiting the temporary crown falling off and replace it.

Temporary crown for three years ... It must be a very good temp. In case you were my patient, if I didn't insert the final crown, there must be some reason, either you need to see specialist, such as periodontist for gum treatment, or you have outstanding balance in your account. In normal situation, I never had a patient wearing temporary crown for three years.

I had implants in my lower jaw over 4 years ago at Cozy Family Dental, and have not had a problem. the staffs are young professionals. and made me feel comfortable. I'm trying to save money to get implants in my top plate. Keep up with your excellent work.
I was referred to Dr Li's Cozy Family Dental to have swollen gum checked, and from the first step in her office, I just felt comfortable how everybody is nice. I am still in the progress of having my implants done here. Still a few months to go, but I feel safe having all my procedures with Dr. Li. I did recommend my friends about getting their implants there too.
Cozy Family Dental is one of the best dental offices I experienced in my life. I had a dental implant placed there when I treated a root canal too late. Also, Dr. Li is very thorough with explaining the treatments/procedures. Dr. Li, assistant, and front desk staff are great.
I was drawn to Dr. Li and this office by my parents. I had a few times of cleanings and one crown treatment, but my parents received a lot works from this office. my mom got lower denture with implant underneath three years ago. She went to Dr. Li after a few consultations in other offices in tri states. Happy about the decision.
Went to Dr Li to get an implant. Everything was good at first and then the implant came apart after just 4 months. Dr Li claimed its not her responsibility. After getting the implant looked at and taken apart by a different dentist, found that the implant she uses is junk. Had to pay thousands to get a replacement implant. Stay away!

I doubt you were really my patient. Because my patients knew if they followed instructions, but their implant failed within ONE YEAR, they will get replacement for FREE. This is a big benefit. It doesn't make sense that you spent thousands for implant replacement from different office, rather than coming to my office to get it for free. All my patients knew they were welcomed to check the implant manufacturer label: FDA approved, high quality Titanium! I RESERVE RIGHT FOR FALSE ALLEGATIONS!
