The technician, Adrian, was extremely helpful, respectful of my property and affable.
My AC went out on 7 August 2026 and I had two home warranty policies that covered HVAC. I had 6 different companies to come out to replace my transformer and out the six, they all made excuses that my unit was too old and they would not be able to repair it. I also, had about 6 no shows as well. Did I mention the ones that showed uip had to pay a service fee.
