Our experience with Cozy was outstanding from start to finish! The technician arrived on time. They explained everything clearly and offered a fair price for the repair of the AC unit. He also saved us the service fee. Our home is now comfortably cool again. We truly appreciate their professionalism and the high quality of their work!
I've had 6 A/C companies come out before Cozy to get multiple comparisons. 3 of the techs had good personalities, however, the Cozy tech didn't just have a great personality, he ALSO did not lie and was able to repair a unit. I understand that I need to replace the other unit based on what they told me but praise God that at least one was repairable!
