Adrian Metcalf is amazing. He is professional, nice, very educated and helpful. My A/C unit was leaking and he was able to figure out the problem and fix it within a timely manner. Overall his service was outstanding! I highly recommend Cozy-D heating & AC and will be using them again if I have any other issues in the future.
First tech was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He assessed the situation and immediately knew that a part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and the temperature in my home started to decrease after a few minutes but eventually stopped after he left. Went another night with no air but another tech came out the next day and didn’t leave until it was fixed. Even worked in the rain. Now we are back working without interruptions.
Very professional explain things in detail and did a good job and a kind person.
Fast, efficient and professional. They diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue effectively.
The guys were very pleasant and polite. Did thorough inspection and preventable hazard. So thankful for t h e work your company provides for your customers.
