I was very disappointed today when I found out that Cozy Critters said they would no longer give my son’s dog, Buster a bath. According to the lady on the phone, she said they would only clip his nails but refused to bathe him. She said the last time they gave him a bath, he pooped/peed multiple times. Excuse me, he’s a dog. Pee would go right down the drain as you are washing him & you should be smart enough to have a small shovel/scooper available for when dogs poop. I love Cozy Critters!! I have gone their for over 12+ yrs with all our dogs!! Renae does a fantastic job!! Our fur babies love it too!!
I have taken my dogs here for grooming several years. I am very happy with the care my babies receive.
I’ve been taking my Annie there for 12 years, Renée does an excellent job, she is so good with Annie. Renée is definitely a animal lover. I would never trust my fur baby with anyone else for her grooming.
