Cozy Cafe in Johnston has the BEST SUNDAY BREAKFAST BUFFET IN TOWN. Highly recommend it!!!!
Delicious food, excellent friendly service and a cozy, quaint atmosphere. The fried chicken is as close to Sunday at Grandmas as you're going to get. Great experience. We will be back.

We are traveling by motorcycle and while stopping to fuel up we asked where's a good place to eat breakfast. The guy suggested Cozy Cafe. We were warmly greeted and ordered the southwest omelet. It was outstanding! The best omelet I've ever had. Excellent service as well, and the owner took an interest in greeting all his customers. It was a very good experience. We highly recommend stopping when traveling through the Des Moines area.
