Best Mexican food in town, but needs a bit of help I LOVE their food! My entire family loves their food! They have something for everyone with a kids menu and even a vegetarian menu, which is a wonderful thing to find around here! A couple of things need improvement: They need to update the look and get new placemats. The ick me out. They also need to re-train their staff on how to greet and interact with patrons. My Favorite Restaurant In Statesville, NC I don't even know where to begin in my review of Cozumel Mexican Restaurant. Cozumel has been at the top of my restaurant choices for years now and I visit it quite often. Their menu is priced VERY well. EVERYTHING I have tried from their menu has been out-of-this-world! Fajitas, tacos, burritos, pico di gallo, quesadillas...it's so hard to make a decision when I go there! Mmmm, my mouth is watering for some right now.
Delicious Mexican Food Cozumel Restaurant offers a southwestern atmosphere, great Mexican cuisine and a kids' menu to boot. As soon as you're seated chips and salsa are served while you review the menu. Service is quick and inviting. COZUMEL WELL THIS PLACE HAS REALLY GOOD FOOD BUT MY FRIENDS AND I DRIVE FROM MILES AWAY FOR THEIR MARGARITAS, THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE FOUND ANYWHERE MONDAY AND TUESDAY ARE THEY ARE ON SPECIAL AND YOU WANT FIND ANY BETTER ANYWHERE. THE SERVICE IS A LITTLE SLOW AS FAR AS THE WAITERS COMING TO CHECK ON YOU AND THEY ARE A LITTLE HARD TO UNDERSTAND BUT THEY UNDERSTAND YOU AND THEY ALWAYS GET WHAT I ORDER SO STILL WORTH THE TRIP!
Diners BEWARE! I loved this restaurant until recently... After leaving a generous tip on the table, I paid the bill with my credit card. The dishonest people of Cozumel Restaurant helped themselves to another tip on my credit card. I forgot to write the word "cash" when signing the credit card slip and they added one which in total was 1/2 of the bill. PAY CASH AT THIS RESTAURANT OR YOU COULD BE A VICTIM! PROS: Good Food CONS: Dishonest restaurant staff, tips cost 1/2 of meal price!!
Great place to eat! I love this restaurant. Their food is delicious, and the environment is nice. Some of the staff however isn't very friendly at all, but the food makes up for that. The prices are also very reasonable for the amount of food you get, and the coupons they put out in the Sunday paper make it easy to eat there for less than $10. Definitely recommend this place, it's worth a try!
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I like Mi Pueblos salsa best but Cozumels beans and rice better. I usually get the same thing, chicken quesedilla suprema, yet whether I go at 12 or 1, the last 3+ times with different waiters I dont get any refills or my ticket by the time they see we are finished eating. We have to go up to pay and the waiter runs up front looking through his stack of tickets. They need to realize a lot of us county employees eat there and only get an hour.
This is the cheese dip I received!!! The guy taking the orders that night was very very rude! I came back to give them one more shot and this time it was even worse! The “manager” couldn’t even understand my order. He couldn’t do anything about my previous experience either! He said there are two managers and he was one of them? Yet he couldn’t do anything...
