Walked out leaving $350 in merchandise on counter over a +/- $20 shipping cost.(on a $300+ vest they had to get from another store) $650, roughly, sale lost. I did go ahead and purchase the chaps I had ordered. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on. UPDATE: I had forgotten about this, but did receive an apology card within a couple days after the incident acknowledging that the shipping cost should not have been an issue.

I feel like I'm at this place all the time. Every time I come in I'm greeted by very friendly staff who seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. After several days of looking over the motorcycles I finally traded in my old Harley on a Ultra Limited. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Coziahr Harley is the best of the best when it comes to Harley Davidson dealerships,, Awesome staff who knows their business and treats everyone like family that they are..If ever a problem they are their to help keep things straight..They know the importance of Customer satisfaction..from the time you walk in from section to section you are are home .. One heck of a maintenance dept, sales and clothing as is the parts all their for the customer. for sure.. Coziahr Rocks .
