My husband has been a client for years and I just bought my first harley and it was a fantastic experience. Not pushy and very accomedating.

They are awsome an very polite an very helpful , always willing to help u with anything . We have now bought 2 bikes from them.
They treat us like family every time we are there. They always have an extra smile or balloon or sticker for our children. They have a little area in the back to relax with a kid table my 3 year old loves. The support they give the biker community in Decatur is awesome. They also have some pretty fun events to just get people together who enjoy Harley.
Always hospitable. They're like family and make you feel like it every time. So helpful and welcoming to the local community while adjusting their hours of operation for runs and special events. If from far locations or near you must visit cozaihrs.
WOW i mean WOW Coziahr rocks ,,Great staff working , so pleasant as all a huge family , Has everything a biker needs and can get the stuff you are dreaming of ..The knowledge of all the staff is super , and the Maintance dept is up to date on everyhting going on.. Storeis always so clean.. and hey even has free coffee.The ownwers are phenominal folks making everyone feel welcome as the staff says hi and see ya later.. as you hate to leave.. A++++ .
I have always enjoyed stopping in to shop here. Every time I walk into the dealership there is someone to greet me and make sure I am finding what I'm looking for of have any questions. After shopping around for about 3 months for a Ultra Limited, Lucas made me a deal I couldn't pass. Maurice made the financials light hearted and fun as could be. Spent a couple of hours with Eric wrapping presents at Coziahr's HD in anticipation of donations for the 9/11 Memorial. Two "elves" donating to the cause, and glad to do it. Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to all.
