Awesome apartment that’s close to the U of MN campus. Right across from stone arch bridge into downtown. Super nice and helpful management. Pet friendly.
For parents out there helping their children locate their first solo apartment when entering grad school or first job in Minneapolis area, I highly recommend Coze Flats. Management team was responsive to questions; Emily (manager) was waiting for us to arrive and help my daughter check in/orientate her to building etc. Underground secure parking, interior elevator, trash and recycling via chute inside building. Neighborhood is very nice and appears safe. Roof deck has a great view of city skyline.

We really enjoy living here especially with our dog. The community is super friendly and the location is so nice!
Coze flats is the way urban living should be be -conscientious living within walking distance of great parks and culture! Just wish they would have continued the composting program...
