Kicking someone out there that didn't have a mask on but nobody else had a mask and their Cooks wasn't even wearing their masks properly, but they want to kick somebody out for not wearing a mask pretty shity service to me.

You can make the story up to to suit you, but you were informed that we follow the city guidelines on wearing a mask in until you sit a table in order to stay open and you did not care. So I asked you to leave. Easy enough.
Not friendly, had a friend who took his family there and they were told to leave.

Shari, sorry for your misunderstanding. We must follow the guidelines set forth by the City of Springfield and the CDC concerning masking. In order to protect our employees and customers a mask is required for entrance. They were informed of the policy and chose not to stay.
My family and I went to this restaurant that we eat at often. I was met at the door and asked if I had a mask. I explained that I am exempt due to a health condition. They said to bad you have to leave. I understand following the rules but the rules state those with a medical condition are exempt from wearing a mask. I will never give them my business and will urge others to do the same. I’m a veteran who fought for the freedom to choose and will not be mandated to wear a mask, especially since I have a health condition.
