Don't Pressure Wash your Roof. I usually chemically clean all roofs, but at the request of the the customer I started to, it was a large barrel type tile and it was quite impractical. After an hour I had to say I need to switch to Citrachlor, my chemical cleaning solution, the customer said ok and I finished the 5000 square foot roof in 4 hours and did a perfect job, otherwise it would have taken me 12 hours and the job would not be as good and it would have gotten dirty in maybe 2 years instead of 5. He was able to provide an exemplary service and was timely as well. He provided a free estimate and completed the job in the agreed timeframe.
