Coyote Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Boone! The food is so unique & absolutely delicious! My favorite is the Taos boat!!! The food is always so fresh & well prepared! I love all the wonderful homemade salsa! My favorite is the mango! Great service! I enjoy eating outside when the weather is nice! You won't be disappointed at Coyote Kitchen! Great food!!!!!

Very small space but soo good! So many options both on and off the menu for gluten free vegan diets! My meat eating friends were happy with their food , too.
The Cactus boat was amazing and Highly recommend the gluten free strawberry cake!!!!
This place is the bomb!!!! It was great to be able to set down and order gluten free and be understood. And to have such a selection to choose from... WOW!!! Delicious meal and great service... Will definitely be back next time I am in the area...
It's just perfect the food is incredible, I went today for the first time and I loved it they are so gentle and is just the perfect place can't wait go again.
