So my wife and I went to CC... I usually love it there. Not happy at all this last time. Soup (French onion) was insanely salty, appetizer(spinach artichoke dip)badly burnt rye bread, my steak was cooked well and very good but for $30 I expect good fresh veggies not some Walmart frozen California mix...disgusting and overcooked. From the beer battered asparagus, rack of lamb, and the mud pie for dessert, everything was just perfectly prepared and served. Our daughter who is vegetarian loved the potato cheddar soup and Caesar salad. Our server was pleasant and efficient. What a great find in Rock Springs to celebrate.
