I was super excited about the sugar free menu being much larger than most coffee shops, but they only get it right 50% of the time. The wait for your coffee is too long to ask them to remake it (line isn’t long, just the preparing part). When they do get it right, it is delicious. They are more expensive than larger competitors, which makes it not worth it to me anymore.

Wait time is ridiculous. Love the coffee but I will be going else where for mine from now on. Waited forever in line to get to window to be told out of med roast all they had was decaf and dark so after an already long wait had to pull around front and waited and waited.
The drive through is incredibly slow! Once you are stuck in the line you can not move. 25 minutes is too long for service.
Even when there are 7 cars in line, I will still wait! Love Coyote Coffee 💜
With an internet delay (not Coyotes fault) my online order was not ready when I arrived this morning. The baristas were very polite and apologetic and got on my order in a jiffy! I really appreciate the customer service, and the coffee is great too!!
I love coming in with my two daughters and their friends every Thursday. Also, we love the staff, the managers, and the atmosphere! Thank you to Sam for always helping us or coming out and talking to us!
