When I dropped off my dog for a week of boarding, I informed the staff that I would not be reachable as we were traveling where we would not have consistent cell phone coverage. I left an emergency contact should anything happen. I was surprised when a voice mail from Coyne pooped up saying my dog needs to start antibiotics. I took my dogs here for boarding over the weekend. Upon entering I was told my dogs were not up to date on their shots. They are up to date on all shots. I even emailed the vaccination records 5 days prior and was never notified of the EXTRA vaccines Coyne required. I board my dogs regularly with another facility and only tried coyne bc my regular facility was booked. i don’t even know where to begin with how my day went today. the moment i received a phone call from the Doctor at Coyne Veterinary Center of CP, he explained to me how brody was over-vaccinated by accident and became unresponsive prior to his grooming appointment that was to follow. he was given three vaccines at once and more to follow for his yearly check up.
