I’m here to update my 5-star review from 6yrs ago. I’m happy to report they are STILL providing customers with 5-star efficient, affordable, and exceptional service! This instance’s same day service involved the replacement of our very old, burnt out common wire to the capacitor. He had us back up and running in less than an hour! No sales pitch on a pricey new unit, either, which we greatly appreciate as a family of six.
Three separate air-conditioning companies in the Tyler area confirmed that a family member of mine needed a whole HVAC unit replacement. Coy Dodd worked with her for the best pricing on what she needed. Aug 20th they had it replaced quickly in this 100+° heat. Angel was professional and courteous. He even eliminated a wasp nest for her that was not anywhere near where he was working. Just one small way he went above and beyond.
I write positive review
Want to share my experience, Dan B. was the technician that made my service call. My AC had been out for 11 days, intermittently. He found a sensor that needed to be reset. It was such a relief that my issue was not greater and he found it so efficiently. I truly appreciate the expertise of Dan and this company. Highly recommend them and very grateful for my comfort in having AC working. Thank you!
They were quick to schedule an install and had my new system installed very quickly. The techs were very friendly and professional.
