These folks have been outstanding! They have kept our system in exceptional condition and we have had a maintenance contract with them for five years running!
Had a good experience the first time I called them to fix my home AC unit last year. This year I called them and a different AC guy came out and misdiagnosed an issue, charged me a high fee to replace a filter (which of course did not fix it). I called them again and the second time he identified the problem (faulty internal fan motor), quoted me a price (said that would be the most it would cost) which I thought was high and then I got a bill for 35% more than his quote. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our AC went out late last Friday night and we called Coy Dodd first thing Saturday morning. Eric R. was here in no time and diagnosed the problem. The capacitor (whatever that is, lol) was bad. He checked to see if the capacitor was under warranty, which thankfully it was.
