These guys were the nicest most reliable service people we have ever met. We had an issue with our heater, they came out same day and took relay board back to shop to test. They came back next day and said board was ok and it showed them what the problem was. It seems a mouse pulled insulation into the heater blower which tripped a safety switch. Cox's did a recall fix on my Dometic fridge in a very timely manner and without cost to us. All the other dealers wanted up to $150 out of my pocket to do the fix. Thanks a bunch!
