Brakes didn't work after being replaced. Brakes were not adjusted AT ALL. Plate that holds brakes onto axle were loose, one nut almost fell off they were so loose. And the wire ties on the back of the brake assembly were not used an wires were rubbing on the leaf springs. Absolutely appalling work
Fast service and reasonable pricing. Not only got an awning replaced, it was literally as close to one day service as possible. And that included replacing a broken support brace.
They have been wonderful every time we have used them!! Sherry is a total sweetheart and has been so nice on the phone. Especially when I was in a panic. They do great work and the prices have been less then expected each time
Top shelf service. This winter my awning was badly damaged. I live 3hrs away and couldn’t make it down immediately. I called Matt at Cox RV he was kind enough to go out and look at our RV. Within a couple days Matt had a new awning installed and old holes patched with pictures for me to review. Could not be more pleased! Thank you ! -Erik & Lisa P.
I took my old camper there to be repaired. He took the time to let me know up front what it would cost, then he called me and told me it wasn’t that bad and it was less then expected. He is very dependable and honest. I would highly recommend him.
Mark & Brian of Cox’s Rv Repair found and installed a replacement tub for our 2008 Jayco. The job they did was much better than the original! I love the tub now! Sherry is so nice to talk to when I call in. They are all top notch! 👍
We have used Cox"s RV Repair a few times and have always been pleased with the service given. Just today they replaced the back window on our trailer in record time. Mark is a man of his word. We would recommend them to any and all that need repairs done.
Thanks to Mark we are enjoying our long-awaited trip to the beach. This is our first trip this year and we have literally waited all summer. My husband and I were traveling on the expressway heading to the beach when someone flagged us to check our leaf spring. Sure enough it was hanging and broken.
