Chip was awesome. The atmosphere was awesome. Everyone took their time to talk to us. They even enjoyed our daughter who happened to be very crabby after her doctors appointment. They were friendly and helpful. The staff was very knowledgeable about what they were selling in every department. Overall the best experience we have ever had when it comes to making such a huge purchase.

From the first time I walked in and was immediately greeted by parts staff member Jake I knew this dealership was different. Each person I was introduced to from service techs to sales staff I was treated like a friend and not a wallet. I was listened to about what I wanted and was also educated on things that made the set up on my 2016 Breakout perfect for me. I have been to many Harley dealerships in the last 12years and I have never been to one as friendly and helpful as Cox'S Harley Davidson. Been dealing with them since 2004 and have bought 8 bikes there. I am proud to call them my home dealership. Rob, Kelly,Larry, Mark and the rest of the crew have always bent over backwards for me and my family. Just want yall to know how much we appreciate what yall do!
Went to the open house you had yesterday Feb 27th. Spoke with Chip while looking for my first Harley. He was very helpful and spent time answering all my questions. Even though we didn't purchase a bike, he made us feel welcome and like he knew us. My daughter also had a blast!! Thanks Donnie
