Dr. Henderson was very kind, quick, and informative during an extremely painful event. Much appreciated!
Went today for urology appt. Arrived at 12:30 pm for a 1:00 pm appt. Was told to checkin with laboratory for labs. Did that and sat until 1:07 pm then got up and asked why I wasn't called back. Lady told me they were waiting to hear from Dr Anderson. She told me to go to 5th floor, I did and when I got off the elevator the waiting room had 40 plus people. Wry unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had to take off work to go to an appointment that no one bothered to call me and tell me was canceled due to the provider being out. I will find a new urologist who knows what they’re doing.
This clinic is on the ball. First floor and labs/radiology will get taken care of. If it is your first time there, the information desk will get where you need to go. When you go to your physicians floor – someone is at a counter there to help you out. Most all of my experiences have been good! Trust me. I've been there a few times (unfortunately:)
I was referred to the. Cox Urology Clinic a week ago, I haven’t received a call from them. I have called the clinic and have not received a response. Poor business.
