This is the best urgent care facility that I have ever used . From the welcome greeting to checking out I was treated kindly, efficiently and professionally. I appreciated the receptionist who personally took me back to a bathroom right from check in.Thank you to all.
The 2 stars is only because the nurses here were wonderful. Stacy rohrbaugh is horrible. My husband had a dangerously high heart rate and blood pressure reading and numbness all over his body. The nurses hooked him up to an EKG and were trying to help him. We had been to a mercy urgent care right before we came here and they told him it was his psoriasis so wanted a second opinion as this has never happened before.
