My son went to this urgent care with a fever & sore throat which had white patches on it. I know he felt really bad because he NEVER goes to the doctor. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, the nurse practitioner (A. Mozier, FNP), barely swabbed his throat (he didn't even feel it). Since he's in college, she focused solely on the fact that he obviously had mono. It's not like a college student can't get another sickness. Seen real fast both time I needed assistance. First time an eye infection from a sinus infection and second time after getting an infection from a haircut. Just say it was an unusual year this last year 😅
I was treated so well and with so much kindness. Great care and quick service! Will continue to go here every time!
Their staff tonight was very unprofessional and very rude, waited an hour and a half for my 8 year old to be seen for stomach pains and vomiting and he was never seen they had multiple people go ahead of us because he wasn’t up to their priorities in emergency cases apparently
