SPEND YOUR MONEY AT MERCY!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Save your self the copay fee and go somewhere else. Went with a temp of 104 on my third day and the p.a Sarah Austin was completely rude and incompetent. Basically said she didn't care about the fever and couldn't do anything for me and if I wanted bloodwork done to figure out the cause that I needed to go to the e.r because I wasn't pregnant. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY AT MERCY
Great people that care
Treated my 2 year old and I like an inconvenience. Do not go here after 7. They really value getting off at 8 rather than patient care. I even called ahead of time and still got treated horribly by receptionists, nurses, and PA. The nurses took extra measures to make my life hell, and doctor didn’t give good explanation of care before sending me to the ER. X ray tech was nice and the only positive. Never coming back here.
