My wait at this location was about an hour. Both Dr. Dooley and Nurse Kip were very professional, kind, and personable. I may update my review if I trouble with any unsuspected bills. However, I have used Cox walk-in services at a separate location and have never had any issues regarding billing.

Pretty long wait, then they took my kids vitals and had us in a room for a while after that the doctor told us nothing they can do and recommended we buy some medicine at the store. So we did. The doctor portion of the bill was $152.27 (for maybe 10 minutes). The charge for just going to urgent care was $551.44. The reasoning given was they have signs saying they can do more then a normal urgent care.

I would not go there. I was talked about in the hallway.Saying I just had a stiff neck When in fact I had a rib out and my neck and shoulder was out. And all because an employee that works there doesn't like me.

They don't want to do their job, so if you show up and they are even slightly busy, they will send you to the ER instead of seeing you. And of course, 99% of what you would go to the Urgent Care for doesn't need to go to the ER. You instead get to sit and wait for 12 hours as the ER actually looks at people that should be there.

Went to the urgent care with my husband tonight because he's been having some issues with his back. We thought it could be kidney related because he was hospitalized for it once before. The doctor who came in to take care of him couldn't have been less attentive than what he was. He kept interrupting my husband when he would try to answer his questions and he was real quick to shove him out the door . Made the comment that since he had been hospitalized last year that it wasnt really something he would relate to a kidney iss... read more
