Never forget to thank Registration staff, who usually takes the blunt end of bad attitudes and complaints that have nothing to do with them, and still keep it professional. I have had a few bad experiences with being misdiagnosed without further testing for that specific diagnosis. But despite that, everyone is wonderful, and while phlebotomists have trouble finding my veins, the nurses there (especially Angie) can find available veins in my own arms I hadnt been aware of which were usable. *edit* Advice? This place is the slowest Urgent Care in Missouri. Took 4 hours to get antibiotics.
Why do I always need to wait so damn long? All the nurses just stand around and talk and I’m stuck waiting in a room for SIX HOURS… terrible doctors.
Thank you so much for the ANGELS I had to help me today. PA Casey, Nurse Teresa, and I'm mad I forgot the doctors name. They were all so incredible in helping me address my back pain and getting me situated. Best urgent care experience I've ever had in my life.
