I've generally had little wait time both in the lobby and in the back (except for when years are needed, that send to take forever wherever you go), and overall received good care.
If you want to be billed for an ER visit for sub pair care go here. Otherwise, find a better place to take your littles when they are sick.
We were concerned our 6 month old had an ear infection and were traveling through town on a road trip - we were able to get in quickly to be seen by a physician and the whole experience was incredible! We held an appointment spot online, was seen very quickly, and worked with an amazing care team! The nurses and doctors were so knowledgeable, kind and made our little one smile! Great pediatric facility! 100% recommend.
I was sent here by my doctors request and I did have to wait, but not near as long as at the ER. The ladies at the check in were kind, the one that did my weight and blood pressure was kind, the one that drew my blood did an amazing job, and the nurse and doctor were very personable.
