Horrible service. If you can go anywhere else, you should. Very disappointed in the way they handle referrals. I have had multiple referrals sent in by multiple drs and they throw them away or reject them. Very rude staff.
No call backs regarding accepting new patients. Trying my best to get my epileptic child out of Mercy, but I figure this place hasn't any better level of care.
My baby sister died because of them. Go anywhere else. We were told they would be taking her in and had multiple multiple referrals. (Even upgraded her insurance to the best one so that she wouldn’t need referrals though we had like 5+) Every day we’d call and they told us to wait that she had to have time to be put in the system. She died after a month of waiting. We called and they then said that they denied her referrals and it’s their policy to not call and let you know if you’re denied. An 11 month wait to see a neurologist following an expedited referral from a neurosurgeon.... unacceptable.
