Dr Sreepada yelled at me, mocked me and was rude beyond words.
They don't conduct Business very well at all.. to many people think their the Dr.
Horrible service. If you can go anywhere else, you should. Very disappointed in the way they handle referrals. I have had multiple referrals sent in by multiple drs and they throw them away or reject them. Very rude staff.
No call backs regarding accepting new patients. Trying my best to get my epileptic child out of Mercy, but I figure this place hasn't any better level of care.
