I had my own first colonoscopy there 20 months ago and smooth process from beginning to end, though no chance to speak with Dr. Ng prior. He is no longer there, and I was in and out in around 2 hours, results next day, great nurses. Then my husbands last month one completely different. GPS did not take us right there. I was called shortly before my virtual visit and was told they no longer do virtual visits with the new system. Then why were there so many options to schedule one?? I rescheduled for in office appointment another day. When I left for my appointment, my car died and I had to jump it so I called letting them know I was running late. I saw Dr. Heather N Stewart, FNP-BC..first visit went well and I thought she would have my best interest at heart. After initial testing which was simple blood work I had to fight for more testing to be done. She has the worst bed side manner. Long story short I was very ill. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months, was in the ER 8 times, had 2 procedures done by her office and instead of referring me to a different doctor/hospital she wrote in my notes that I have access to that this was all in my head and I need to go see a psychiatr... read more
Trying to get information on my dad’s treatment and I kept getting hung up on. They claimed to have called multiple times and verified they had the correct number. Overall seems like they couldn’t be bothered to care.
Horrible staff long waits, was forgotten in the room and they couldn't even see me after waiting an hour. THE WORST 0 STARS
