I saw Dr. Heather N Stewart, FNP-BC..first visit went well and I thought she would have my best interest at heart. After initial testing which was simple blood work I had to fight for more testing to be done. She has the worst bed side manner. Long story short I was very ill. Trying to get information on my dad’s treatment and I kept getting hung up on. They claimed to have called multiple times and verified they had the correct number. Overall seems like they couldn’t be bothered to care.

Horrible staff long waits, was forgotten in the room and they couldn't even see me after waiting an hour. THE WORST 0 STARS

I have NEVER in my LIFE , had to deal with such RUDE people answering the phone to make an office visit appointment. ESPECIALLY the African American woman . Idc what color your skin is either. She has no business working for Cox. Deplorable. G.I. clinic....you're a disgrace.
