Whitney Hayden is my father’s audiologist. My father is 97 years old and has a cochlear hearing aid serviced by this office. I contacted this office because both his batteries were dying, meaning he’s effectively deaf and it’s an urgent situation. My first call wasn’t returned for a week and of course I missed the call.
