My husband received very good care from everyone we encountered with Cox Home health. We saw three different nurses and a physical therapist. We have no complaints about any of them. Very friendly, professional and efficient.

I was wanting home assistance temporary. It was explained to them very clearly my needs and she also repeated back to me my needs. The time they showed up there staff was very nice but very unqualified to assist me. There qualifications was cleaning and baby sitting. I didn't need a cleaner are baby sitter. So the staff sat here for 2 days watching TV. I paid $35..00 hour for no assistance from the staff assigned to me just employees with no health care skills.

While visiting the area my oxygen concentrator started an alert I could not fix as it needed a filter replaced. The manufacturer was willing to send one but only to a distributor who would then release it to me. Even the company I've been dealing with in my home state would not except a filter for me. After many calls I connected with Monica at Coxhealth. She stayed late, and went way above and beyond to help me get different equipment so I could finish enjoying my vacation.

One star… because i cannot give zero. My Mom has been getting a little in-home cleaning done by Cox Health At Home for a little over a year… she is cancelling. There are some great workers, there, yes. And there are some who work there that are… less than competent. The last couple times someone was supposed to show up; this week, not only did they not show, but they didn’t even bother to call.
