I asked one question, " Is my new truck governed down? Shifts wrong, no power, 60 mph tops. He Hooked up a laptop to my C15 Cat motor, and answered yes. Then moves to sell me turbo etc. 6000 $ in parts. I believed them. But, My truck isnt governed, he lied to sell me parts etc. I, later that day, found an air line leak from trans. to shifter, fixed it. Now it shifts fine, 75 mph down the highway easy. Runs great, no thanks to Cox truck service.
