Had problems with severe facial irritation from wearing masks while traveling (lips splitting, leaving scars, etc). Dr Wallace acknowledged the problem and prescribed 4000 mg daily dose of valtrex. I had an upcoming trip and asked if I could get a medical waiver to avoid wearing a mask on that trip. Dr said to try the valtrex first and he'd consider the waiver. Please, If you don’t have a Doctor Cox, you’d better get one! This gentleman knows his job. He’s great at it! He knows how to listen with empathy and compassion beyond what I expected from a Physician. I have never had a doctor take so much time focused on me! It feels like family! He’s the BEST!!
I am new to the area and was nervous establishing care with a new doctor. Dr. Cox was very thorough - went through my complete medical history - listened to all my questions and concerns. He was very caring and hands down was the best doctor that I have ever seen. If you are looking for a new doctor - I highly recommend Dr. Cox.

Dr. Musser took the time to discuss my concerns and explain treatment options. I never felt rushed or that he was just trying to satisfy me and move on quickly to the next patient. Very knowledgeable about modern medicinal trends.

I went to visit Dr Wallace in January for a physical. They do all the bloodwork and everything right there in the office. The staff is really nice. Dr Wallace explains everything to you and is very thorough. Had a great experience and will be using him as my primary care doctor going forward.
Dr . Cox is a very thorough doctor. I was very impressed with how I wasn’t rushed through. He was approachable and had a great bedside manner that isn’t always observed in a doctor these days. He made sure I understood everything. I am glad to know that there is a doctor of his caliber in the Dawson/ cumming area.
