They don't want to comply with the ADA Disabilities Act. What a slum lord when you ask for fixes to meet the ADA guidelines she wants to evict you or says "They will not renew our lease the building has several issues. This has been a nightmare - I am a property owner who hired Kathy to manage a rental property when I separated from the Marines. She was aware of the time and money put into the landscaping to minimize maintanence along with grass in the backyard for a family to enjoy. After renting the property a previous tenant let the grass die and Kathy kept the deposit to repair the yard, I was told.
