My husband and I recently bought a home, and Rachel Cox was the sellers realtor. When we went to the house the day of signing with our realtor for a final walk-through, the house was a wreck. The seller was under the impression that they had all of that day to be out of the house. Needless to say, Rachel was absolutely no help. She showed no sign of sympathy on our part, and did not even advise the seller about when they needed to be out. If you are buying a house, make sure Rachel Cox IS NOT selling it!! Buyers Beware!
