Ok until after the work is complete then don’t expect anything if you have issues later- called about an issue came out 2 diff times still not resolved - no local ppl they come from Dothan - will be calling a local person for help
To be clear we have a beautiful new pool fiberglass which we love. That said, the process of getting there was painful. During the purchase and planning period (April-early May) we worked furiously to get all the approvals and permits with the goal of getting the pool completed by early to mid July in time for family visits. We were told this was very realistic as fiberglass pools can be completely installed in about 2-3 weeks. That is true PROVIDED they work straight through. Our pool was finished in mid October.
